Inverloch Authentic Pilates is run as an Open Workout Studio; the way Joseph Pilates operated his New York Studio for 40years. New clients complete an Introduction Program of 6 x 30min Privates in 14 days. You first need to learn the exercises of your individualized program before you can start to think about 'how' you do the exercise correctly. To move from your core muscles, you first need to know where your arms and legs go, what shape your spine is in, and know how to set up your apparatus.
All Clients of Inverloch Authentic Pilates develop a regular practice of 2 to 5 classes per week. We will advise you on how many classes per week will get you the results you want taking into consideration the condition of your body or injury limitations.
