The Chiropractic adjustment provides a beneficial effect to your central nervous system by allowing clearer communication from your brain through the spinal cord to your peripheral nervous system. This clearer communication promotes pain to subside, restricted joints to move more freely and tight muscles to relax.
My approach to Chiropractic Care is Patient Specific. My treatments may include soft tissue therapy, stretching techniques, mobilization and spinal manipulation, dry needling and ZenThai Shiatsu to improve your health.
I have been practising as a registered Chiropractor for 17yrs, with a wealth of knowledge and experience, available for treatments Tuesday and Friday.
